Heating and Air Conditioning Service
AC stopped cooling on Sunday. Called them and dispatch said Raymond was on call. About an hour later Raymond called and nicely advises they don't do service calls on Sunday. I have no problem with that but wonder what was the point of taking my number?

When you live in the suburbs, it can be difficult finding a company to service your home with out charging an arm and a leg for mileage. I think Big Tex charges us a reasonable rate for the labor, parts and mileage. They are always pleasant when they are in our home.

VERY POLITE, DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO KEEP A/C WORKING GOOD THROUGH OUT THE SUMMER SEASON.
