3x4 and 4 inch round downspouts. We also install half round gutters with 4 inch round downspouts also in pre painted aluminum, We furnnish and install 5 & 6 inch K-style seamless rain gutters in pre painted aluminum, galvalume and copper with 2x3, galvalume and copper.

I had just built a pool and needed gutters installed on the back and sides of my house to help direct rain water away from my pool. I called up Big Rain Seemless Gutters along with two other companies from Angie's List. I was scheduled that same week to meet with Bobby so he could take measurements and provide me a quote for the work required. The quote was received the next day and was reasonable and competitive. We scheduled a time for the crew to come out and install my gutters right before the Christmas Holidays. The initial crew that was sent thought the task to daunting and said that they needed a higher ladder and restraints to due to the proximity of the pool and left. I called up alarmed and explained the crew just left. We were up against the holidays so the crews were starting to take off to be with their families. Backstory: We had a rain storm about two weeks prior to me calling Big Rain Gutters and the deluge of water coming off my roof on the back of the house caused my flower pots to overflow and send tons of dirt into my pool which is what prompted me to look into gutters. I explained that another rain storm was on its way and I couldn't wait till after the holidays and the new storm I needed it done ASAP. They were so nice and accommodating and said let me see what I can do. The next thing I knew Bobby was at my door with a crew of an additional two people installing the gutters. They did a fantastic job. Bobby even came back after the storm, that did come, to ensure everything went well. Phenomenal company, Above and Beyond Phenomenal Customer Service. Wonderful company. Thank you for everything couldn't be happier with our gutters.

We were seeking to install new guttering on our new home. We had guttering on the front installed by the builder. The estimate provided by Big Rain was economical and we ended up even having the builders special replaced by new guttering from Big Rain. We are very pleased with the result.

The Big Rain team was very easy to deal with and very professional. Getting a quote for the work was very easy and the work was done efficiently. This was a small job relatively speaking, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them on a much larger gutter install/repair.

Greg walked property, studied roof n land drainage to properly carry water away from foundation and a big extra detail below. Did more than big guys @ 80% $. Interviewed landscaper folks' guys would use inferior materials n warranty for same $. Used 5" house n shop n told y, usedheavy guage alum, heavy guage hangers by alum mfctr (showed me on alum site), pop rivets, sealed seams, free upgrade style othrs give as free upgrd, leaf screens on only parts needing it (not bid by othrs), MUCH better install, parts, labor warranties. Greg went extra mile on down spouts for newly landscpd yard by buring a shop downspout at front of shop to go underneath riverrock to small dry creek drainage behind shop. Did similar next to the house to a rock French drain so nearly invisible. He used flexible tubing to go under new bedding n drain out the bed so it would be almost invisible. HUGE rain after install. flex tube would not stay on downspout causing prob at foundation. He perm fixed in storm!!!

They were very good. They were very neat. They came when they said they would. They called when they said they would. I called someone else on the list and their price was less than half of the other guy for the same stuff.

I was told that someone would call prior to representative's arrival to do quote. They never called, but left quote on door. Installation scheduled on Monday but did not show until Tuesday. Coaxial cable pierced during installation with nail/screw. Called cable company and they could not do permanent fix on cable until I had trees trimmed. Had trees trimmed by professional at cost of $292. Called Big Rain telling of problem. The man that I talked with intimated that I was lying as he did not use nails but did use screws (duh) and questioned as to why I did not call him to trim the trees. Only professional landscapers touch my trees for obvious reasons. I asked if he would like to split the costs of tree trimming? Also inquired as to whether he offers a discount like other Angies List contractors. He was quite perturbed. Told them to email a bill at my work. The format was not compatible so could not open invoice where I could read it. That night....I went home and had to take husband to emergency room/hospital where we stayed for several days. Did not think about the gutter bill or anything else for serveral days...but received numerous calls from Big Gutters on Tuesday while at doctor's office. Told them situation and that they would be paid. Received an email that same day from them saying they would process a Mechanic's Lien against me. I have never, ever not paid my bills. These people are crazy and very unprofessional. I guess when they didn't have the courtesy to call me as I requested when they came to do the quote, and then didn't show up on the day they said they were going to do the installation and didn't call...that should have been a big red flag. I will say....with the exception of the screw through my television cable....whomever installed the gutters did a pretty good job. Perhaps the office person and the installer should not be allowed to communicate with the customers. Leave that to the real professionals.

"First of all, we are in Angie's List not because we subscribed, but because customers are happy and satisfied with our services and they've decided to recommend us and put us in Angie's List. Please read the other reports. My agreement with this member was Payment is due upon completion of the job .After a week, i called her to collect payment, and she told me she needed more screens and NEVER MENTION ANY PROBLEMS ABOUT THE GUTTERS. So we came and added more screens. Then i called her to settle payments, and the member was asking for a 10% off which we never discussed prior to the installation and I am not aware of it. She told me that customers get 10% off once your company got hired from Angie's List. I explained to her that BRSG has no agreement like that with Angie's List. Then she suddenly said, "well then pay me 300.00 for my tree trimming. I was surprised that she wants me to take off 300.00 out of her bill which is 623.00. PRIOR TO ALL THESE SHE NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE CABLE, AND THAT SHE NEED TREE TRIMMING TO PUT HER CABLE BACK. All these just came out when everything is done and payment should be made...She could have told me about her tree trimming the very first day i called her when she asked for more screens.She said to email her the invoice (i have emailed a lot of invoices, attached as jpeg, and she is the only one who cannot download it) and she will pay WHENEVER, and that bothers me coz it sounds like she will pay whenever she feels like it. I want her to feel better about us, be happy and satisfied, so i called again to resolve the issue, but we can NEVER have a decent conversation with her because she was so irate and impolite, and even called me ignorant and will just hang up, and never mentioned about being in the hospital.To end the story, i mailed her invoice and she paid,and asked if we can pay half of her tree trimming bill. AND STILL, IN STRIVING TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED, I PAID HER HALF OF HER TREE TRIMMING FOR 140 PLUS WHICH SHE NEVER MENTION IN HER COMMENTS."

We had received several quotes from other gutter companies and asked Brad to come out to do the same. He was prompt and very courteous and provided us the best price - by a huge margin - in comparison to the other companies that provided us quotes. They use the same construction materials and building methods as many of their competitors but provide it at half the cost! They also back their work and materials with a 10 year warranty. In my opinion, our job was a little "different" than most jobs in that we wanted to gutters to fit around a pergola that we have attached to our roof line. Brad suggested that we add a diverter above the pergola to re-route any rain water away from the pergola and into the gutters alongside it. He also attached a rain chain that we had purchased and crafted an anchor to hold it down since I didn't have the proper materials on site when he did the initial install. I've since bought the proper materials and he will be coming by the house this afternoon to finalize the install. All in all, Brad was very easy to work with - seems very knowledgable in his craft. I was very happy to see that what I've described to him was actually done right - the first time!

They came and estimated. It was good; very reasonable. I had some areas where the rain was washing away the soil. It was a team of two. They brought their machines and did it very quickly.

Very simple. Called and made an appt for an estimate. Greg showed up on time, very quickly went around the house, then left me an estimate. Called to book the service, he gave me a set of days they'd come do the work. Not necessary for me to be here. Called me one day, at work, and said we're done! Got home and had new gutters!

Called them and they gave me a quote over the phone and I was please w/ the quote so the next day they came over to see the house and to finalize everything. They installed the gutters quickly, cleaned up everything and I could not be more pleased w/ the overall quality!

These guys rock! They came out and gave me an estimate the day after I called and did the work a few days after that. The shape and construction of the roof made this a tricky job but they took it in stride and did great work, quickly, professionally and for a very reasonable price.

Greg, the owner, was very responsive, and the they worked with our schedule, and the guys who installed the gutters were very nice and explained everything they did, and it was quality work for a good price.
