My house was pretty crowded at the time and the area that I wanted steam cleaned did not comprise of  whole rooms. It was mostly little walkways, about the width of a hallway, around the furniture in the rooms. So, there really was very little carpet to be cleaned, It certainly was not equal to 3 rooms by a long shot. But, this provider would not take this into consideration and quote me a more fair price. Even though I had explained the situation in great detail on the phone when I called them about their special. He said that he would look at the area and quote me a price when they came to clean the carpets.But, when he arrived, he would not budge on the price. Had I not been in a hurry to get the carpet cleaned, I would have had him leave right then. I also asked for extra deodorizer and they did not do it. And not only was there an extra charge for that, the deodorizer was not included in the initial price at all.It was considered an extra item you could add on. He was also rude because he made comments that my carpet looked pretty old and I should really get it replaced while their was good deals going on. He was a mature adult, not a kid, and he was not professional at all. I was not pleased with the job they did and I feel like I was robbed. I could have rented a machine from the grocery store and done the same or better for far less money.

Went very quickly. A speed demon. Only small issue was arriving a bit later in the day than estimated, so it was over dinner hour while he was still here.

I called them and described the rooms and the approximate sizes of the rooms. They told me how much. They came out quickly and did the work to my satisfaction. They were pleasant and professional. I paid them. They left.

I asked for an estimate online.  They promptly returned my call, gave an estimate, and were willing to work with my schedule.  They came out on a Saturday. They arrived promplty, were friendly and professional, and went right to work and completed in a timely fashion. The carpet and furniture looked great upon completion.

Their price was the most competitive, and the technician maintained a pleasant attitude and did good job.  I would definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and did the work without any issues.

The technician tried to upsell us on several items, and he became gruff  and angry when we declined.  We have not called them back because of this.  Furthermore, we noticed a green stain in the carpeting after the technician had finished his job.  We believe it was related to the type of cleaner that had been used.

He was able to come out and take stains out. He did a good job. He was able to do everything I wanted. The estimate they gave on the phone was exactly what they charged.

He ran 1 and 1/12 hours late for our scheduled Saturday morning appointment but kept me updated via phone and was apologetic for the unforeseen tech problems that delayed him. Told me couch would cost $100, as he had estimated on the phone. Advised against my having him clean another very dirty chair -- said he wouldn't be able to get it clean enough to make it worth it for me. Agreed to do a small (3X6) cheapy rug for $10. Spent about 45-60 minutes on the couch and about 10 minutes on the rug. I had printed a "25% off upholstery cleaning" coupon from his website page titled "coupons", but when I presented the coupon when he was done, he said the price he quoted me reflected the discount already (even tho I had not mentioned a coupon before). He changed the receipt from $100 to $130, with a 25% discount.
