We were extremely pleased with Bob's services. This is the third home that we have purchased and the first time that we have used a "discount" realtor. Bob provided better advice and service than either of the "full-price" realtors we have used in the past. Bob's comments and perspective in the home search were very helpful, and he was not "pushy" at all. He certainly did not steer us to purchase the most expensive home in our budget as has been my experience with other real estate agents. Bob's advice in the negotiating process was also extremely helpful, and saved us several thousands of dollars. As a buyer's agent, Bob will refund to the buyer 1/2 of the standard 3% buyer's agent commission. In my opinion, you simply cannot beat this combination of value and service. I will definitely use Bob again when we look to purchase or sell our next home.
