Bait and switch move on the system. Once he was caught he claimed he made a mistake and would come change out the coil and furnace. Then tried to sue when we demanded that he come take out the wrong equipment, provide a credit and leave as we had no faith in him or his work. Set up the outdoor condenser on rocks and tried to tie the condensation line into one of our existing lines when we specifically told him not to.

They are great. I've used them for about 6 years. They are reasonable and very nice. They always come on time. I would use them again in the future.
