All In One Septic

It was done yesterday. They did a good job and I am happy with the work.

we called All in One(Ricky Thompson)when water started backing up into our bathrooms.We were told we needed a new drain field, $10,000.He sent a crew out, without him, who spent only a couple of hours putting it in, then loaded extra chambers back on their truck.we still had backups & thought there might be a clog between the house and septic so had a 2nd co.out who ran a camera and no clog.But, he looked into the drain field and it was slanting back toward septic & house.We ended up getting a 3rd. septic co. who took everything out & put in one 3X longer & used lasers to make sure it drained the right way, for half the amt.They agreed the 1st one was not right.Ricky said for our house size they put in 16-18 chambers but they only dug about 15ft. of drain field & the chambers are about 3' long, not hard math.Ricky said he was a licensed/certified pro but when asked for copies he said to find it myself.Per TCEQ there is no record of this company name or the license # listed on angi.

The All-In-O Septic team is outstanding. I called for help on Angi, and within the hour, they had called and come out to do the work. Was a little late in the day so their coming out tomorrow morning to complete the drain field jetting and filter instalation in the septic tank. Glad to see there are still some great dedicated companies out there!

Wayne was so nice & most patient. He easily spent an hour looking for the tank AFTER being called at the very last min to pump out a septic BEFORE the inspector arrived (the next day). He kept searching, checking with me, sending me pics on the progress of the search. I was offsite & the septic map was at home AND I hadn't lived there for 14 years. My terrible memory had Wayne looking all over the place. BUT he didn't give up. He found the tank, pumped it & THEN filled ALL the holes back in. They are the best!!
