I hired All in One Septic in December based on reviews on your website. I should have asked more questions, but we were in an emergency situation, with water backing into our house. Ricky Thompson, the supposed owner of the company, came out and said we needed a new drain field. To this day, I am not completely sure we needed that; however, after he was done with it, we definitely did. They came out and dug a new drain field in record time,
a couple of hours, and left in such a hurry that we weren t even allowed to ask
questions. The problem wasn t fixed; water was still backing up, which tells me that the drain field wasn t even the problem. We paid this company $10,800. We hired a plumber because, at the time, we still believed we were being told the truth, and perhaps the issue was between the septic and the house. He told us that the drain field was not put in correctly. When he unearthed everything, the drain field was slanting back toward the house, and one of the pipes wasn t even fully attached to the infiltrators. We tried calling Ricky, but, as in other reviews, he refused to answer the phone or texts. He finally answered when I blocked my number and repeated calls to his number. He said he would come out and fix it, then tried to charge us an additional $600 to fix it when he found out we hired a plumber. He said that the plumber damaged everything. We watched the plumber, who also does septic work, use a backhoe, then a shovel. He didn t damage anything, but Ricky was so ugly and unprofessional that I told him he wasn t welcome back on our property. We then hired another septic company, recommended by a friend, who came out and agreed that the drain field was not put in correctly. They had to dig out everything that had already been done and trash it. They dug a field 3X as long and used lasers to make sure it drained the right way, for $4500. I had asked Ricky in one of our conversations how many infiltrators were put in to which he replied 16-18 based on the size of our house. There was nowhere near that number when they were taken out. obviously, since the new one was 3X as long as the initial. We haven t had a problem since.
