Chad showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly.  He was able to fix the existing control rather than replacing it, which saved a lot of money from the bill.  Was honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed.

Chad is a darling! He came immediately after my call, looked over the situation, made a quick adjustment and was through in five minutes. He didn't even charge us!! So a few weeks later when I lost my remote I called Chad. He came out the same day, moved boxes in the garage in order to reset the door, double checked it and handed me a new remote. About 15 minutes -tops -this time! Chad is friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.

Spoke with Chad Hayden at Advanced Garage Door who quoted me a price site unseen and promised that it would be that amount. The tech Julio showed up at the agreed upon time and replaced my Garage Door and Opener. He also installed a wireless access outside of the door for access without a remote. The work was done quickly and Julio couldn't have been more professional. Everything went very smoothly and the price at the end of the work was the same as the agreed upon price. I am completely satisfied with the work done and would def recommend Advanced Garage door to anyone looking for garage door repair or replacement

The representative of ADVANCED GARAGE DOOR CO had come to repair my neighbor’s garage door. I happened to tell him about my garage door and he inspected the same and knew what had to be done and advised me the same. He also fixed an appointment to get the work done. He was very quick and responsive. I will use their services in future too.

Scheduling phone call was answered promptly and an agreed upon day and time was scheduled upon first phone call. Chad arrived an hour earlier than he had expected. He analyzed the problem (door wouldn't go all the way up on first press of button) and had installed the strut within 20 minutes.

We had damage to our garage door, and they came out quickly the next day, and within 10 minutes of their estimated time (a half-hour window). They were able to repair it quickly, and for the amount they estimated.

Chad was quick and efficient. He came out earlier than he estimated he could get to our home, explained what he was going to do and took a measurement. He told me how much it would cost and then returned 2 days later as scheduled,on time. Installed the strut and oiled the appropriate parts and the door works great. This was a very quick, easy and professional job at a fair price. I wish all service calls worked so well.

I liked their service very much as I didn't have to wait for an appointment at all. They came right out and only took 2 1/2 to 3 hours to do the entire job. They cleaned up every thing after the project was done.

They showed up the same day that I called. They had extremely good customer service. The man was very nice and explained what needed to be done. We haven't had any problems with the quality of these springs or their work.
