Wes was terrific. He really knew what he was doing and was able to solve problems as they arose. My dryer really does work better now. I liked that he put a magnetic biz card with the service date on the dryer. I won't let this go as long as I did (15 years).

It was great. He arrived on time, I showed him where the dryer and exhaust were located, an he went to work. We did need to move the dryer and washer in order to do a thorough job. He would not stop working until he had 100% air flow. We discussed the situation (it's a tough exhaust, prone to lint build up because of the multiple right angles of the exhaust), and he told me that while this clean out would usually last longer, it probably would not because of the nature of our exhaust.

I don't remember exactly what I paid, as I'm late getting this review in. They were very prompt - came out the same day that I called. My clothes dryer was not drying the clothes because the vent was clogged. They were very efficient. Advised me on how often the vent should be cleaned. I don't remember what I paid, but I do remember that it was very reasonable. Service performed - cleaned dryer vent. They will get my business in the future

Overall, the experience was good. The technicians were very effient, going from room to room to clean all the ducts. They didn't leave a mess and everything went smoothly. Their price was good and my dryer is working much better. I'm happy with their services.

I had just moved into my house and couldn't figure out why it was taking 3 hours to dry a load of laundry! I couldn't figure out if it was the dryer or the duct system. I called several places and Action Dryer Vent got back to me. He told be to unhook the dryer from the vent and run it and see if the clothes got dry. Well, they did, so it wasn't the dryer it was the ducts. So he came out, on a Saturday night around 6pm, and got to work. He was here for about 1 1/2 hours and totally cleaned out the duct system and now my dryer works great.

Excellent.....on time.... on budget!

Technician had to repair the duct in the ceiling, where it had become disconnected at a bend. He had to cut an access in the ceiling, but did not have the materials to repair it - this was done with my permission, and the understanding that he would not repair it afterward. Everything worked fine afterward.

The worker came on time, worked with apparently very good equipment, explained what he found and what he did to clean the air ducts.

They did a very good job. It was difficult job because our dryer vent actually vents to the crawl space. This presented certain challenges, but he completed the job and gave good advice about redoing the vent to exhaust outdoors. Even knowing the particular problems with our dryer vent he still offered the same guarantee on the work.

I noticed that my dryer wasn't working well. I spoke to Wesley about my dryer and he asked me a couple of question to determine that it was my dryer vent vs. a broken dryer. He then came out the same day (amazing since we had company coming that weekend). He also called to tell me he was running late (wow!). He showed up about 4 pm on Friday afternoon and was finished in an hour. He removed a bird's nest and cleaned the vent. My dryer hasn't worked this well in years. Thanks Wesley!

Brought my dryer back to new! Thought the dryer wasn't working, even though it is fairly new, but it was just the build-up of lint that you have to clean up now and again, which I never knew. Great work.

He was awesome. It was a single guy who came out after he worked. He cleaned all our dryer vents. He was very professional. He was reliable. He seemed like a hard working guy. He was very gentle on moving things like the dryer so that it would not scratch the floors. I guess he was conscientious. I don’t remember how much I spent but I remember that it was not mind boggling. I would use him again.

He was able to schedule me within two days of my call, showed up on time, and appeared to do a quick and thorough job.

Wes came to clean our dryer vent at the recommendation of our dryer repairman after our dryer quit working. Before he came, we tried a DIY product to clean the vent and thought we had done a great job because we got a lot out. However we didn't get on the roof like he did, and our shop vac was not nearly as powerful as the suction he used. He pulled out a melon-size ball of hard packed lint that truly shocked us. Since the cleaning the dryer works great, no more needing two cycles or more to get even towels or the mattress pad dry. We plan to have him come again at the first sign of dryer inefficiency next time.

He explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and proceeded to clean out the dryer duct. After it was finished, he explained that an issue with the vent on the roof had caused the duct to completely fill with lint progressively over time, thus gradually increasing the time it took the dryer to finish drying each load. Without the problem on the roof, the build up would have been much less and slower, but he charged no more for the extra work. He was professional and thorough and explained everything well before and after, as well as giving a 1 year guarantee on the work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service done.

Great! My dryer vent hose was not that bad but I'm always concerned about having a dryer vent fire. Wes was very thorough and everything looked great when he was done. I was very impressed. He also gave me a one year guarantee.

My dryer was taking a long time to dry everything. Wes cleaned out the vent and duct work and now I do not have to run things through the dryer more than once.
