We are a small company with 2-5 subcontractors. We do have General Liability Insurance and a member with BBB. Billing procedures require a signed contract agreement with 1/3 0r 1/2 down when we arrive with materials to start the project, 1/3 half threw the job and the final payment when customer is happy with the work preformed.
