A+ Pest Control

A+ schedule us for our initial service today with a 1 hour ahead call. I called to confirm this appointment myself with Whitney & Alyssa Friday. Saturday (today) has come and gone with no service completed and no call as to why. I've called 4 times now and left 2 voicemails. I've also left an email & FB review so I guess their scheduling office takes off without doing their jobs. Not only did I wait and pass on others for this "award winning" place but now I have to call someone else and wait again when I have a pest problem now! I'm so frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

A+ Pest Control has been my exterminator for the past 3 years. I live in a manufactured home park and I have my home sprayed inside and underneath for those pesky, unwanted spiders, bugs, etc. They use a natural product that is not harmful to pets aor alnd that's a big plus for me.
I called them on the 4th or 5th and they were able to come out the next day. They showed up at the proposed time and it only took 30 min or so to finish the job. They go around edges of all rooms with the inside spray and fog underneath the home.
I have no critters in my home after their process for anywhere from 6 months to 9 months. They are very professional, courteous and affordable!! I will be using them in the future for all my pest control issues.

They originally came out to rid us of skunks, but they left on their own. I now have some kind of critter in my attic that they are removing. They do live removals only. I would recommend them highly. They are licensed in the state of Texas.
