TV Service - Cable
The initial call for service was great and the person who installed it was on time. When I got home later that day I saw multiple black wires strung across my light blue house from down the block. But we had service, or so we thought, I am almost ready to cancel service as in 6 months there has been at least as many service calls, and an almost daily call has to be made due to lost channels, slow "high speed" internet, and a phone connection that sounds like old cell phones from mid 90's. You can maybe hear every other word. The customer service is usually friendly, but the work is never fully resolved and I am tiredc as well as my husband of having the service men in and out of our home on a regular basis.
