Eric showed up on time and inspected the house himself, then showed my wife and I deficiencies that he had discovered. I was initially leary about this method, because I had read online that it is better to go through the house with your inspector the whole time, but in  the end I believe Mr. Worrell did a fairly detailed inspection and did good job of explaining things to us. He emailed us his report later the same day. After living in the house for nearly a month, we have not found any additional problems that he did not catch.
Eric was polite, professional, more than willing to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to call him up again in the future if I need him, and I would recommend him to a friend.

Eric arrived on time and was extremely professional and thorough. He inspected the entire home and premises, and he even allowed us to ask questions as he went. After he was done, he showed us all findings, good and bad. He walked us through the house and showed us pictures on his camera. He really took the time to explain everything and answer questions. He also compiled and emailed a report complete with pictures the same day. We were very pleased with his services from start to finish, and would highly recommend him.
