Home Building
Mike, the salesman, has been excellent. He promptly addresses any issues that we have. We had a pre-sheetrock inspection done by an outside company that we hired, and they only found very minor issues, all of which were addressed by Triumph. They didn't give us any grief about having our own inspection. The workmanship has been excellent so far. Steve, the construction manager, is also very thorough. He marked issues for the framers before the inspections were even performed. The framers returned to fix all of the issues. Steve also calls us with weekly updates on the progress of our house. I would highly recommend the Triumph team in Shadow Creek Ranch! We are on schedule to close at the end of May!
