Our original business started in 1975, It was purchased in October 2016, including new management, employees and equipment. Triple M gates strives to provide a high level of customer service. We are a solution driven company dedicated to putting the customer first. We specialize in Gate Repair, Gate Operator Repair and Sales, Gate Cards, Telephone Entry, Iron Fencing, Iron Gates, Walkthrough Gates. I just want to take the time to express my graditide of appriciation for this company. I am currently a Property Manager and we used Trevor with Triple M Gates. He was very paitent with me while I had to get my 500 approvals, waiting for checks to be cut, and scheduled a date accordingly. I typically go for the cheapest bid due to trying to stay within budget. Trevor was able to stop explain things to me and move things around to fit within my budget at the time. I was able to get the most out of my money and still keep the residents and company happy. I have now used him on 2 projects ranging from $2,000 - $20,000 and I will be using him again next week for a smaller project. Thank you Trevor and the Triple M Gate's Team!

Trevor, the new owner, recently helped us to solve an issue with our gate that took 10 weeks of troubleshooting, replacement parts, and service visits. Throughout the process, Triple M was timely and waived multiple service fees as they worked to discover what the problem was. In the end, the problem was discovered to be a power issue and although Triple M was not responsible, Trevor made it a priority to make it right. He worked on the gate several times and personally went above and beyond to fix an issue that wasn't even made by his company. We will be a repeat customer to Triple M.

Horrible. They completed work without contacting us first. Then the gate broke again 2 weeks later. They were very rude when they returned to our home. They lacked the knowledge to really diagnosis the problem.

We had contacted the same contractor 9 months earlier at which time he made the same assessment and proposed same course of action for a $125 fee. This time around it was a matter of providing an estimate for the repair or replacement. He did not have a record of his previous visit so we were charged another $125 fee. We paid twice for the same service.
