There is a sticker they put up in my window. If I forget they send me a letter to make sure it gets done. It's a privately owned auto repair place.

I use a company that we use, and we just love them. It's a father and his son. They are very reasonable. I trust them fully, or I wouldn't take my vehicles there. I will use them again. If you need it, they have loaner cars available if you need it if they are going to have to keep your car. They will take you back home if you don't have anyone to drive you and they will come and get you and drive you back.

I first took my car in for an oil change. I had a coupon and informed them of that when I called to make the appointment which the coupon stated I needed to do. I arrived and they completed the oil change without any issues and when I went to pay and showed my coupon the guy acted a little perturbed that I had not told him of the coupon before the service was complete. Not sure why that would make a difference but I informed him that I had indicated the coupon when I made the appointment. Anyway, they did honor the coupon but a week later I notice the car is leaking oil...had never done that before. I took the car back to the shop and they did immediately put the car up on racks and discovered things had not been and quot;tightened upand quot; properly?? My biggest dissatisfaction with the company though is the fact that at the time of my oil change they presented me with a and quot;listand quot; of things totaling over $2000 dollars that needed to be fixed on my car. Among them and what I considered the most critical were supposedly brittle radiator hoses, and also told me I had about 10 percent wear left on my back brakes. They said I really needed to change the hoses and since they would have to take everything apart that I should also change the water pump and the timing belt...quite an expensive repair. Being concerned about all this I took it to the mechanic that we normally use for our auto repairs and he checked my car out and informed me that my hoses and brakes were fine! I have about 60 percent left on my brake pads- NOT 10 and the hoses were NOT brittle! I will never go back to that shop as I feel they are dishonest. My husband went to the shop and asked them why they did that and their attitude was pretty much a shrug of shoulder and who cares!

Tope's gave me an over the phone estimate. When I had the car towed in and they inspected it, they said I had one other small part thAt would need replacing. They repaired my car in less than three hours on the same day I brought it in!!! I was pleased with the service and cost!

Estimated and repaired what was necessary to keep the truck going for the future, work was completed in a very timely manner, highly recommend them!!
