 + -1 moreVery bad. Title search took a month. Manager of Pearland location very unprofessional and inefficient. They made several big mistakes. Closing took forever( almost 3 months) . I don't recommend this Stewart title services of Pearland. I almost lost my land deal with them. I started thinking of lawsuit.
Description of Work: Hired Stewart title services , I was buying a piece of land, owner financed, needing also title insurance.

Description of Work: The title company failed to incorporate information given to them in a contract amendment long prior to closing, requiring last-minute negotiations with the seller. The buyers had a very difficult time getting a response from anyone at the title company although they were responsive to me (the buyers' agent). The lack of attention to detail is very concerning.
