Very professional. Arrived within the predetermined window. Did a great job before hand of telling me the cost and no "surprise" charges the day of the cleaning. Very thorough with the screens and cleaning windows on the inside and outside .

We did not have window cleaning. We asked them to pressure wash our building and sidewalks, which they did. Their service was prompt, very reasonable, and our building looks great.

They cleaned my windows and tried to charge me considerable more for each pane of glass but in the end did most of it for the special price. It would have been a small fortune as they charged by the panes of glass and some windows have 1 large pane and others 32 panes. It irritated me. I told them to just do the two windows the special covered and they called into the office and came back and did most of the house after all for the special price.

Horribly. I did not hear from the company at all after the purchase was done and the charge came off my credit card. I had to call them and continually got a voice mail. When I finally got a hold of someone, they scheduled an appointment for Saturday 11/5 between 8 and 9. No one showed up and I got a voice mail when I tried to contact the company. Since that time, I've left several messages to call me back to reschedule and still have not received word from ANYONE. I want my money back or my windows cleaned ASAP!!!

The folk's from Squeegee Squad did a great job and I am more than pleased with the result's. While my concrete wasn't "horrific", it definitely needed a good cleaning, and when the work was completed, it looks brand new. What a positive difference! Don't hesitate to give them a call-you will not be disappointed!
