I contacted Rosales Fence Company for my fence and pergola project. Felix Medina and Manuel Caballero came out to give me a quote. Let me start by saying it was a pleasure dealing with Felix and Manuel. They listened to everything I had to say, were extremely professional, managed the project from start to finish, and "always" kept me informed. The crew was top notch, very professional, and took great pride in their work. Once the project was complete, the crew cleaned up "everything" and left us with a beautiful pergola and new fence! My wife and I could not be happier the way "everything" turned out! As a matter of fact, my neighbor came over to complement the project and asked Felix to give them a quote on their fence project. Work went fine, but communication was lacking from the beginning. We received an estimate for the wrong house and took a couple of calls to get that sorted. We asked to be notified before work started since we have 3 outside dogs. No notice. Just tried to call to find out how long we needed to wait before staining the fence. Called 4 times over 2 days and it went straight to voicemail every time. Called from a number other than my cell and was answered on the first ring.
