UNACCEPTABLE & VERY DISSATISFIED! Grand Prairie and surrounding areas, I would NOT RECOMMEND Jeffery (Jeff) Resendez and his team for your master bathroom remodeling project. EXPECT verbal payment due dates, random monetary requests throughout the project WITHOUT notice, NO final-walk through (customer review), and ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility for incompletion/deficiency of the final project. I first found Jeff Resendez while researching handymen via nextdoor.com to complete a small home project (window tint) and came across his profile and positive reviews. After reading the reviews I contacted him for the project, and within a couple of weeks, it was complete. While completing the window tint, I noticed he listed remodeling on his business card, and he showed me a few pictures of bathroom projects. At that time I was on the market for a contractor to hire for the remodeling of my master bathroom. September 2020, Jeff Resendez provided a master bathroom remodel estimate (included: shower, tub, and floor tiling) which covered the removal of old material and the installation of the new. Due to the vagueness of the estimate, Jeff came out a second time to provide clarification around what was included and what I needed to provide for the project to begin. I purchased ALL material unaware that Jeff had limitations working with certain types of materials. December 2020, demolition of the shower, floor, and bathtub began after providing a 35% deposit. Throughout the project, we consistently communicated with Jeff around the bathroom design for which he was open and stated that he wanted to be sure that the project was done to our liking and stood 100% behind his work. A week into the project Jeff informed me that he would be done within a week, and ready for the final walk-through and payment. Finishing one day earlier, and leaving the remodeled areas wet, Jeff insisted on receiving the final payment without the final walk-through. Verbally agreeing to come back to correct deficiencies after the bathroom dried and I completed the final walk-through without him being present. The following day, and several days after Jeff was contacted, and NO response. 35 days have passed since the final payment was received, multiple calls, voicemails, text, and emails left, and still NO response from Jeff. UNACCEPTABLE & VERY DISSATISFIED!

They were great. Great workmanship, on time, fast but good.

Mr. Resendez and his crew did a wonderful job! He is very knowledgeable. He offered wonderful ideas and was very easy To work with. If we had questions, he was more than willing to stop by our house and answer them. His crew was very nice. They were on time and never left a mess behind. They were sure to clean up before leaving for the day. I would highly recommend this company. We will use them again in the future for sure. His price was reasonable and there were no surprises!

Execellent.
We've used Resendez on multiple occassions, he is our go-to contractor for all home services. He gave us a quote for our gutters on the spot, offered recommendations on the color and locations, then had them installed in just a few days.

They do not find contract, you have to pay them in cash. They return my call and gave me the estimate and came out quickly. I did not get it one done. They were friendly and efficient. That was good and perfect. I will use them again.

We're repeat customers. Resendez Remodeling did a $15k remodeling of our master bathroom and a $50k remodeling of my mother-in-law's house and did an outstanding job on both. We called them back for help with a plumbing job in Nov. Octavio is great and they work quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I liked the guy from Resendez Remodeling. He was on time. He knows what he was doing. He was a nice guy. We would've used him if his price wasn't high.

Our buying decision was not based solely on "price", Resendez was competitive, but they were not the low bidder. The decision to choose Resendez was based upon quality remodeling solutions/understanding that were clearly exhibited to meet our specifications from day one. We were not looking for a painter. We were not looking for a sheet rock specialist. We were not looking for a ceramic tile or flooring guy. We were not looking for a carpenter or cabinet maker. We were looking for a one stop shop that had the skills and the references that provided us with the confidence that the job would be done right the first time.
Resendez Remodeling was always on time and completed the task, as we had mutually developed in the job scope. Resendez also remained flexible and attentive to our needs as we changed the job scope to accommodate other requirements as the project progressed. Resendez's attention to the details continued from the initial pre-job walk through the final walk through at the projects completion.
Resendez Remodeling provided us with quality performance that exceeded our expectations in 2010. The decision to call Resendez for additional remodeling again in 2012 was an easy decision.

.Octavio came out did measurements and quoted for replacement of all
exterior fascia with Hardie Plank (I was tired of replacing wood piece
by piece) to include painting. In addition I had two windows whose trim
was rotting and he repaired that also included in the same price.
There was rain expected on the original date they were to start and Mr Resendez called 2 days before to reschedule f as the chance of rain was almost 100%. Arrived promptly as scheduled along with 2 crew members and let me know they were there. Worked 10 hours that day and removed all debris for the evening. Replaced all wood fascia with Hardie Plank and cleaned flashing so the paint would adhere properly. Returned following day painted and repaired window frames ( including paint matching as it was a a dark green.
I have used Resendez Romodeling before ( about 6-7 years ago) to tile and paint walls and back splash in my kitchen. I called them again to do exterior work as I like the whole experience before. Once again Resendez Remodeling did not disappoint.

I called Mr Resendez to get an estimate on refinishing my kitchen
cabinets, replacing my tile back splash and painting the kitchen walls.
He set up an appointment for a few days later and was early.
He
listened to what my husband and I wanted and then said he could do the
job. I didn't know if I wanted my cabinets, re-stained or painted but
decided to go with paint. I couldn't decide on back splash, so I put that part of the project on hold.
A week later after I picked out colors, which I texted him, he and his crew arrived on before 8am on a Thursday
morning. I didn't realize I had to remove everything from the kitchen since the insides were going to be painted but that's my bad. It was all good.
The team worked fast and thorough. They sealed off the kitchen so no mess in the rest of the house. It took 3 days to do
all the prep, sanding, priming, painting and clean up and I was very, very pleased.

They did a good job and I will continue to use their services in future.
