From start to finish they kept me in the loop of what was happening, when and why. 

Brian Williams did an estimate and we communicated via e-mail (much easier for me) as we worked out some details.  He provided me with a list of some items that homeowners might want to furnish on their own and allowed me a working list so I could get a better price/best deal/decorative choice if I wanted it for things like faucets, shower heads, and so forth.  I liked this freedom and I could shop for some of my choices. 

His dad, project manager Jimmy Williams, is an experienced and handy guy who can do it all, calling in experts as needed.  I had such a small space and he designed a unique towel rack that tickles me every time I see it.  No, I won't give away his special design.  But I have a custom shower with room for ALL the bottles and jars I wanted inside ... hidden from view until you step into the shower.  I have two sinks where before I had one.  I have a custom outfitted closet to take all the junk to a space just outside the entry, behind a door.

The only hangup was a subcontractor whose mirror arrived chipped ... and they put in a temporary set to get me back in the bathroom while they reordered.  So I was back in within 3 weeks start to finish.

I couldn't be more pleased. Correction:  I couldn't have been more pleased at the time.  NOW I REALIZE THAT THE GROUT WORK THEY DID WAS SUBSTANDARD AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS TO CONTACT ME.

Although they are not the cheapest, you probably would get what you pay for. The shower came out great.  The sliding was quickly replaced and then the entire garage was re-painted.  We were impressed enough with their work that they are the contractor we are favoring to remodel our kitchen.  They work with their schedule to fix with my recovery time.

It went great.  They were fantastic.  No complaints. 

Renovative did a fantastic job with the vent hood installation. The crew were extra careful, mounting the new vent hood to studs in the wall for added security as well as making sure that the electrical connections were up to code. They cleaned up afterward and actually came in *under* the quoted cost. I will definitely be calling on Renovative again.

Many people giving estimates gave extremely high estimates because of what the old contractor left behind, but Renovative gave a reasonable estimate from the beginning. They were very flexible in terms of fulfilling our requests. I found them to be honest, reliable and professional.

Renovative Construction did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel project. The craftsmanship of my custom cabinetry is excellent. They started work on time, and worked through the end of the project. Brian was available to answer any questions and always promptly addressed any questions I had. They always left the work area clean and tidy. The workers were all polite and hard working, asking questions to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. My cabinets, tile, sink, faucet, granite countertops and undercabinet lighting are the envy of everyone who sees it.
