Mr. Reeves came to the house, very courteous and knowledgeable, and immediately assessed what needed to be done. His questions and responses clearly indicated he knew what needed to be done and how to best accomplish the task. We agreed on a very fair price and a start date. Mr. Reeves showed up on the start date promptly at t, he agreed upon start time. Preparation was extremely thorough, everything was taped and covered, drop cloths were used and every precaution to protect the carpet, etc was taken. His work was very meticulous, all cut lines were perfect (four different colors were used in the room). He worked from the time he arrived until he left. He left when there was a logical time to stop not when the clock said to. He is a very pleasant and accommodating person. He listens to ideas and suggestions and will implement them. If an idea or suggestion will not work, he will explain why it will not and provide an alternate approach. One of the best experiences I've had with a painter and I base this on many very poor experiences. Highly recommend him for any painting projects.
