Phil's Good A/C & Heating is the only HVAC company I will call for work on our home!!! Thank you so much for your diligence to fix/replace our a/c unit and blower motor!!! For the first time since we have lived here (1998), the master bedroom is actually cooler than the rest of the downstairs!!! Y’all have great customer service not only in the office, but also in the field!!! Thanks Again, Jim

Tech arrived and quickly realized he was over his head. He got out pictures and kept calling his boss. He removed the compressor blanket and used a hose to cool down the compressors....compressors that had been turned off for nearly 48 hours waiting on our appt. .. in high 90 temperatures outside. While waiting on the supervisor to arrive, I sat outside on patio. While talking to my husband's surgeon about his cancer biopsy from earlier in the day, the tech ran out of the gate saying "I've gotta go! I've gotta go! They told me to leave!" No explanation, nothing! After numerous unanswered calls with no response, my husband, a disabled Veteran, arrived home to a hot house. Phil's Good AC should be renamed Phil's AWFUL AC!

It went great! I had two primary concerns: 1) it was evening when I arrived home from work to find my A/C out so would I have to suffer through the night 2) worried the cost would be astronomical. Phil made it a point to get me fixed that night and he didn't overcharge me. I'm quite sure I would have paid more out of pocket had I used one of those other big name companies. Their work is solid and I'll only call them from now on.
