This had taken some time to get together with the technician. When they were available, I was not, this was nobody's fault. After about three weeks of missing each other, they decided to postpone another job, in order to meet with me. The technician was apologetic, even though it was not his fault. He then got right to work and finished in less than hour. There was one more follow up appointment, to check on the success of the extermination. This was done at no cost to me.

The company sprays the entire outside, including the yard and sprays the inside, including the attic and wood work. We have no problems with any kinds of pests since we have lived here and been using this company. We had the house built two years ago and have used them since. We have two kids so they are always careful with any chemicals used.
