Pearland Pediatrics

They have excellent service. They're very proactive in multiple ways of communicating, like email and text. They've got a very kid friendly waiting room They've got monitors for the kids to look at. They do digital x-rays. They're genuine with their concern for the children. We've been happy with them. If you make an appointment in advance, you're okay.

We both ended up catching the flu and the doctor even tested me at the same time. Absolute best service ever. I'm glad I finally found a pediatrician who is child friendly and kind to kids. We have also gone to their new walk in service and they are super quick to see us also.

We waited approximately an hour to be seen during the walk in time, which seems fine considering it is for walk ins. However, being a patient here for over 7 years, this is not unusual even with scheduled appointment times, which is excessive. I have seen many doctors in this clinic with my children. All have been great except Dr Gant. We have seen her probably five times of so over the years and every time has been frustrating and not up to par with the other providers. Today was the last straw. She has never explained anything and never had bedside manner of any kind. But, today, she was flat out disrespectful and rude. I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am an idiot ever, certainly not in front of my child. She basically said I should not have brought my child in for running a fever for two days straight and that I caused the issue by not teaching him to properly blow his nose. She also stated school with a fever would not be an issue if I wou just not take his temperature and he wouldn't be sent home with fever if he just didn't go to the nurse. She was condescending and rude in her tone and abrupt. She seemed put out that I was there at all. I attempted to call the office afterwards to discuss my concerns with the office manager, but after requesting that person was given the voicemail of a billing specialist. The nursing staff is generally not the friendliest either. We have stuck with this office for over 7 years because of the other doctors, but today was my final straw. We will find a new doctor that does not assume I am an idiot and does not speak down to me for seeking medical advice regarding my child's illness.

She's fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable, we have a new baby so she walks you through everything you need to know as far as vaccinations before they actually do them. I like that they give us information, that they give people information packets that you get as the child grows and it so it gives you some really good insights.

It went well. The staff was a little bit friendlier. The wait was not as long. I took my daughter for her flu shot and it went ok. The doctors are friendly. They should have a separate section for sick children.

The appointment was very short. When we got to office and signed in, we were seen within 5 minutes. Once we were ushered into the actual room where the service was provided, the doctor arrived at the room within 5 minutes. The appointment was handled and we were in and out within the hour.

Pearland Pediatrics are really good. I've seen a lot of the doctors in their office, and they're all good.

My appointment I believe was at 12.00pm but I had arrived 5 minutes late. I ended up waiting 1 hour in the lobby waiting to get called back to see my daughters doctor. I believe they were busy/short staffed that day because usually it does not take that long. It also took a while to see my daughters doctor once we were called back. Everything went smooth as normal she went over what shots my daughter would be receiving. The nurses are the ones who administer the shots which it did take some time before we saw the nurse. Over all it took 2 hours to get out of the doctors office. The only problem I have ever had with this Pearland Pediatrics was the over billed us once after my husband called the quickly fixed it. I love my daughters doctor she is very breastfeeding friendly.

It's a very good service. Their followups, and availability stood out to me. They do a pretty good job. They interact well with the kids, and they treat them with the best care I can think of.

She was recommended to us by my OB/Gyn at the time when we had our first child and we used her and she was okay but when we had our 2nd child, he had a difficult birth and the attention that we got from her and giving us her personal cellphone number if we had any questions or concerns, that really kind of her up in our heads but we used her ever since. We've been going to her for 18 years now. I like that she was concern and her attention to us at a critical time.

I use Dr. Grey but I like all of them. They are personable. Getting in is pretty easy. The wait time is not too bad for a doctors office. They get back to you if you call pretty fast. The only bad part is that there is not a sick room. The waiting room is not separated.

.Dr. Gant is very hands on. She is very knowledgeable about who my kids are and she makes it very personal and she is always someone who is readily accessible. I can always get in touch with her. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gant of Pearland Pediatrics.

This was our first appointment with Dr. Decker as we have just moved to the Pearland area. My 8 year old son has special needs and finding the right pediatrician for him is challenging yet also vitally important. Dr. Decker came highly recommended. I was able to meet with Dr. Decker prior to scheduling my son's appointment to discuss my son's special needs with him. I felt that he listened carefully to my concerns and spent adequate time with me at that meeting. At that time, I made an appointment to bring in my son. At that appointment, Dr. Decker remembered me and the issues that we had previously discussed. He interacted well with my son and seemed very thorough during the well child exam. Overall, I was very pleased with Dr. Decker, the process of transferring our records to the practice, and the office staff that I interacted with during the process.
