The job took about 4 weeks, with some delays. Initially, due to rain days. Some of the existing damage was more extensive than first thought but it was all repaired and replaced. All the debris was eventually taken off site. The workmen were competent and courteous. Mr. Smith checked the job site daily. Communication was excellent.
Description of Work: The first job was replacing some siding to repair a mouse hole and rot. This was such a good experience, I hired him to repair rotted fascia board and build a sun room. After removing an exterior porch to repair the rotted fascia, the sun room was built on. The old (porch) concrete floor was removed and a new concrete foundation poured, the new roof was tied into the existing roof, exterior brick was removed, and the new room built on, insulated, tiled, trimmed, painted, etc. Double paned insulated windows were put in. The end result is a beautiful new all-season sun room, measuring about 10'x 14'.
