I went very well. From the front office to the movers, I was very happy with the over all experience.

They were on-time. Very prompt. They were in-and-out of one house pretty quickly and put it in place at the other one. Other than that the work was perfect and everything went smoothly. I'd recommend them.

The BEST moving experience I have ever had! They showed up on time, with 3 men and a large truck. They didn't pad the clock or mess around. My move was done in under 5 hours!! Very professional and caring with my belongings. I will never hire a different company. This company has my business for the rest of my life!

The move went very well. It took two full truckloads in a 32 foot truck. the team moved everything with no damage. We had a lot of rain in the afternoon which caused a 1 hour delay. The crew was very careful with our furniture and boxes. They were friendly, courteous and worked very hard and consistently. We have moved 9 times in our married life and this move was at the top of the list for the crew and company.

Great movers located in Pearland. They were punctual, quick, professional, and well priced.  Have used them twice and would use them again.  Moore and Sons protected the furniture and did not hit any walls while moving the furniture between the two homes.

The phone was answered promptly and courteously each time I called. They were very helpful when I called for the original quote for my move. Their fees are very straight-forward. The day of the move they arrived a few minutes early and were very friendly. They moved us from an 1100 sq ft apartment on the first floor to a single story 2100 sq ft home. It took 3 hours, which was what I had anticipated. They were very careful with our belongings. I found not even the smallest nick, scrape, or scratch on any of our furniture. They took apart and put a couple pieces of furniture and put them back together well and with ease. I previously used them years ago and had a similar experience then. I hope to never move again, but, if I do, I will absolutely use them again. I recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and easy move.

They were excellent at their profession. They didn't waste any time, and let us know when they ate lunch that they were off the clock. The only issue we had was a bed that wasn't reassembled totally and a bed rail broke. We took pictures and have not heard back from them yet.

Absolutely awesome! My husband and I are sticklers and like to do things like this ourselves. We actually moved ourselves 6-1/2 years ago packing 2-1/2 PODS from an 11 room house in New York down to Texas. Well, we're older now and didn't want to move the heavy stuff so figured we would try Moore and Sons as they are local to usin Pearland. Plus others had recommended or used them before and I also researched them on the internet.
Steven and Abel were our movers who showed up with a 32' Van. $85 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. These two men were exceptional! Prompt and courteous, personable, helpful and totally professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They hustled the whole time, not skipping a beat and everything worked out great. My husband and I couldn't believe how good they were. They even offered to put some larger items that needed to be thrown out on the back of the truck and drop it off in the dumpster on the way out. And they did it all with 10 minutes to spare under my 3 hour minimum! Would absolutely use them again and definitely recommend them to others!

When I called toschedule the move, they told me that I had to make a $100.00 deposit and the minimum move would be $300.00 for 3 hours. When I ask that they put the entire charge on the VISA, they said that they would add an additional 6% for the card. The woman agent then took my Visa for the deposit. I told her that when we made the move, That I would give the men a check for $300.00 for the move to save the 6%. The move occurred as scheduled, it took the crew about one hour. I gave the crew the check for $300.00. I expected to receive a credit on the VISA for the $100.00 deposit. When the deposit did not appear in the VISA account, I called the woman agent. She told me that they assumed that the extra $100.00 was a tip for the crew. When I expressed my surprise, she said that was customary to tip the crew. When I expressed my opinion that the overall cost was too much, she offered to go get the money back from the crew but indicated that that was customary that the crew be tipped even though it was a relatively small move. I left it alone and hung up the phone. If I went back, I would be very clear about the deposit,the move price, and what was a tip.

This move went perfect, with no damage to either house, or items being moved. The movers were all nice group of men, with an enthusiastic attitude. That always makes things easier during a move. We requested extra padding for certain valuables, and it was done. The move may have been a short distance one, but damage can happen no matter how for the move is. Fortunately, it did not happen this time.
