+ -1 moreMike returned my call right away and came around to give an estimate to repair my air conditioner. His prices were quite reasonable and he explained why the unit wasn't cooling and gave me a written guarantee of his work and parts. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on and Mike was right on time. He did an excellent job, cleaned up all the mess and left the house in great condition.
Description of Work: Mike checked out my air conditioner because it wasn't cooling, and it was leaking Freon. He replaced the evaporating coil and added Freon to it. He checked the unit thoroughly for any other problems and he cleaned up any mess.
