We recently purchased a Groupon to see if this cleaning company might be good for weekly cleaning service. The Groupon was for three visits by two cleaners for two hours. The cleaners left after about 90 minutes the first time, although there certainly were areas that could have used a bit more attention. Still, the overall result was acceptable, so we scheduled a second visit.
For the second visit, we were given a window of 2-4pm for arrival of the cleaners (they would not commit to an actual arrival time). I called the company the day of the scheduled cleaning to confirm and to add interior window-cleaning, and was told that the cleaners would be coming. I went home from work to wait for them and was home between 1.30 pm and 4.15 pm, but the cleaners did not show. When I called at 4.15 because I had to leave the house again, I was told that the cleaners got too busy and the earliest they  could be there would be 5.30, but that they would not recommend I let them clean at that time since they would not be able to put in the attention to detail that they should. Given the issues, I requested a new appointment two days later, but nothing was available at all for Thursday for Friday that week.
In sum, if you have the time to drive home, wait for cleaners who may not show up at all for three hours while doing stuff at home, this company might be fine. If you don't go with another company!!

They don't charge me as much as the other places, in case they do go over a little bit on time. I still pay my initial fee. They are pretty efficient and get the job done in a good amount of time. A lot of times they will send 3 ladies instead of 2 and that means they even get it done faster. They call ahead of time to confirm my appointment. I have been very happy. I deal with Michelle directly at the company. She schedules everything and she has been very helpful. I have been very happy with her. They are less expensive than another maid service I used. I don’t know if I could find it any cheaper. The initial cleaning was $102 for my 2400 square foot house and since then I spend about $70. The only thing I have a problem is that sometimes they don’t speak English. I have to call the lady to tell her what I want because I don’t speak Spanish. They are very professional and very nice but I can’t really communicate with them all the time. I am getting ready to move and they are going to do my move out clean.
