Although i am somewhat "technically challenged", he explained things carefully and completely with great courtesy. The next occurrence was when I wanted to upgrade my computer with more memory & better graphics card. I had picked out what I thought was a pretty spiffy card, according to it's advertisement. Mr. John showed me a card that would do more and cost less, saving me about $75.
Since then, he has been the computer repair guru for myself, my son, and my nephew. In addition, whenever I have him fix or upgrade components, he usually does something in addition that makes the computer run better/smoother and it is invariably at "no charge".
My latest visit was because my Windows was locking up into the fatal "blue screen". He spent a few hours testing different components to find the cause. It turned out to be a faulty memory card. All I had to do then was to purchase a new one at Best Buy and slap it in.
