Rick Weber came the next day. It took less than an hour for him to treat the car with EPA-approved, anti-bacterial solutions that penetrated all the fabric, carpet and leather as well as the duct work for the AC. Although the powdery scent of the cleaning agents has lingered considerably longer than the 2 days I was told to expect, there has been no trace of smoke, much to my relief. Mr. Weber provided tremendous customer service as well. He called me several times after the service to make sure there was no bleed-through of that horrible smoke smell and assured me he'd do a repeat treatment if necessary. The bottom line is I'm grateful to have found Mr. Weber and Odor Masters. It is without reservation that I give him the strongest recommendation. I hope not to need his services again, but at least I know exactly who I'll call if I do.

So one of my kids left a bag of bait shrimp in the trunk of my vehicle. It was dropped off at the dealership for maintenance and four days later after being left in the heat, it smelled like the ocean had died and was rotting in my vehicle. Rick treated my vehicle twice as the smell was beyond foul. Needless to say, my luxury sedan no longer smells like a rotting shrimp boat!!! Thanks Rick!
