Master Air is simply sublime! It’s not the description I think one often associates with unexpected, expensive, disruptive issues like AC replacement and yet, they’ve certainly earned it. Joey led the charge related to our issue and I’ve got nothing but praise for him - he is knowledgeable, straightforward, thorough, responsive, pleasant, sincere, organized, professional, and much more. We KNEW we were in the best possible hands throughout the process! And they didn’t just finish and drop us either - we received personalized, timely and frankly exceptional follow-up too - NICE, Joey! Master Air truly practices what they preach and I unreservedly give them my highest recommendation.

THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPLACE IT FOR A LOT MORE MONEY. So since I did not have the money, I was stuck. I vowed I would warn anyone wanting to use them I was tell everyone to run away as fast as they could. When the compressor failed within the warranty period, they wanted $800 to replace it. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Outstanding service. Arrive at 7:30 AM and finished around 11:30 AM before the temperature was unpleasant. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our A/C went out for 3 days. Master Air ordered a part but the warehouse sent the wrong one. The correct part had to be ordered and would take several days. So Master Air lent us an AC unit until the part came in. Several weeks later we were informed that our unit was discontinued. Parts and Freon were hard to locate and the price increased. Our warranty for the old unit was ending in the spring. They advised us to buy a new more energy efficient and less air pollution A/C now required by a government agency.

Kevin came out the same day I called and evaluated my A/C unit. Ended up needing a new A/C unit which was installed the next day and we were back to cool by that afternoon. I have had Master Air out in the past for other repairs to my old A/C unit and heater. They might be busy during the summer but they always make time to get out and make sure their customers are well taken care of.

A condenser fan was installed not an carrier OEM fan. fan shaft was not properly cut to fit correctly preventing shaft bearings to wear out faster

They could have been cheaper. They're way too expensive. I would not use them again because I moved. I live in Kentucky now.

I had been without AC for 4 days and was very frustrated with how things were going with my home warranty company and the contractor they sent out. I contacted Master Air and it immediately felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From start to finish, every member of their team was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and honest. My options were clearly explained and we discussed the pros and cons of continuing to make costly repairs to my old unit vs replacing it. After weighing my options and deciding to go with a new unit, they had it installed and I was enjoying a cool house in less than 24 hours. I am very pleased with the experience I had with Master Air and would highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Your part was under a PARTS ONLY warranty and the labor is not covered. Our pricing is flat rate and competitive within our industry . We simply cannot compete with family discount pricing. Please call our office if we can be of further help or answer any questions."

sold an air condition unit when not needed, charges $10,000 instead of $7,000 . The most dishonest outfit I ever dealt with.

If there was I wish you would have called to inform us then so we could have resolved the issue then."

"Ms. Kemp, All I can say to you is WOW I cannot believe that after events that happened at your home with our service technicians and your boyfriend you wrote this very inaccurate review. You know that your boyfriend had un-provoked violent attack on my technician and threw him down in the attic and nearly broke his back and then he told them that he planned on shooting them! My employees feared for their life and left your home immediately and contacted police. As far as the job not being complete and failing the inspection.....this is simply not true. The city was called by us and we informed them of the events and explained how my technician was unable to close the access door to the unit due to the turn of events at the home. The permit supervision was already aware of you and your home and told us that they would not go and do an inspection without a police escort due to the violent actions your and boyfriend and your ranting calls made to the permit department! Please, if you write a review at least make it accurate."

They have always been responsive and professional from maintenance to replacing my entire system. Even got service on a Sunday when a/c was out and was 104 F outside.
