10/10 recommend! Larry and his crew were in at 7:30a, removed and hauled off the old patio slab, leveled the ground, framed up rebar, poured a 14'x24' and were out by 2:30pm. Definitely my next first call if we need more concrete work done!

M&I Construction did a great job removing and repouring my driveway front walk and front porch. The job was completed on time and within the Budget that was quoted. They were flexible in designing and pouring our new front steps. The design they recommended was better and more functional than what I asked for without increasing the cost. I will use these guys again if I need concrete work

Did the job when he said he would. Larry and his employees were polite, know their job, and acted professional. There were a couple minor things I wasn't totally thrilled about, but they also did some extra steps not expected to make a higher quality job. So it evens out. I can not give any one 100% 5 stars, but I would recomend these people.

We hired Larry and crew to demolish and repour our back patio and driveway. Unfortunately they were originally poured without rebar by the builder Pulte they then cracked and dropped causing safety hazards. They did a great job, it all looks fantastic and it now has rebar, yeah!! They did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. They even pulled out some very large shrubs and took them out to the curb, which we appreciate soooo much, saving us multiple hours of digging, and did not charge us extra!!! Seriously if you need work done give Larry a call.

They did what they said they would do. It took a while to get started with the rain and getting a city permit for my replacement driveway and entry sidewalk. One day to demo, to set the forms, and to set the rebar. One day to wait for the green tag from the city inspector. Then one day to pour, finish, and clean up. You will need to add infill dirt and sod at the edges. They were very nice and professional all the way.

Larry showed up and gave me an estimate the very day I called. He owns all of the necessary equipment including the cement truck. Larry and his crew were very efficient and performed an excellent job both on the demolition and installation. I highly recommend M&I construction.

They do excellent work. Importantly, they are reliable. Larry came by when he said, the crew came when they were to be here, they were conscientious and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend M&I Construction. They replaced my driveway.

Larry has his own equipment: Bobcat with hydraulic breaker and front loader, dump truck, power buggy, cement truck. He had a great crew, including his father. Great job--on time and on the money.

Larry came over on the same day I called. He evaluated what I wanted then gave me an estimate within 10 minutes. Once I was ready for Larry to begin the project I called him on a Sunday and he was there on Monday and got to work! I thought the job would take a week, but it only took 3 days, thats only because we had to wait for the city inspector. Larry even apologized for it taking 3 and not 2 days. Larry and his crew even did a couple of extra things that were not apart of the estimate. When it was all said and done, he even came in under his original estimate! Great job!
