 + -1 moreIt went really well. Mr Thomas and his crew were professional, on time and helpful. I highly recommend Longhorn Locks and Safes.
Description of Work: It was time to redo our locks and update our safe. I called Longhorn Locks and Safes and discussed what I was looking for over the phone. They directed me to a website for safes to look at what was out there. Then the owner, John Thomas, did a walk through of my home giving us tips on what we needed to do to better safeguard our home . He recommended a safe that suited our needs. On the day of installation, he and his co workers (safes are heavy!!!) came right on time and placed the safe where wanted it even though it was not an easy task. Mr Thomas then serviced all the locks in my home

 + -1 moreJohn answered my call immediately and came by to give an estimate. His prices were very good and he told me he would include bolt locks at that price. The lock changing was scheduled on the spot and John was well prepared. After John replaced all the locks, he gave me some great advice. My door was kicked in, and he told me to put a metal plane on both sides of the door and it would save me from having to replace the door. So John actually saved me some money. He was very kind, honest and helpful and he did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: John came by and changed all the locks to my house. He changed the front and back door, the side door and the garage. He also installed bolt locks.

The repair was scheduled on the spot and the locksmith was well prepared. He did a very good job, was polite and friendly and left me his card.

He unlocked my door in just a few seconds and I was very impressed with him. He didn't waste any time getting here because I locked myself out of my house.
