Everything went well except getting the right part for the leaking faucet. Understandable, parts are more difficult to come by in today’s market. I was very pleased with Carlos, my worker. He is experienced, helpful and very pleasant.

Punctual and very friendly plumbers. Had valve pipe replaced better than before in under an hour. They also replaced the insides of the toilet since it was filling super slowly. Will definitely use them again!

It went great. All of the work contracted was completed in a timely manner. This is my second experience with Kenneth Hager, and as usual he did excellent work, going above and beyond with what he promised as well as doing extra work to insure he took care of all my requests. I will definitely call him in the future. I trust his work, his work ethic, and his level of expertise. In fact he is the only plumber I want doing plumbing work for me.

All I can say is first class service!

He did exactly what we wanted. Everyone else wanted to do and charge more. We were not picky about the tile and he had some, so we used it. He was easy to work with and he had to make some adjustments to out plumbing for the new tub with no charge. Even gave us a secret door for access in the future. I would recommend in the future.

They were very courteous and professional. They removed shoes before entering the house which is very considerate. Fixed the clogged sink and were fair with their pricing. Overall great service and most importantly professional.
