They began service this week and I could not be happier. This is the first lawn service that I've had that has a professionally managed service office and real-time automation. Everyone with whom I've had contact, from the office personnel to the guys in the field, have been professional and very polite. Each step has resulted in an immediate invoice and receipt when I paid on-line. I have even received thank you emails. Again, I could not be happier, my lawn looks beautiful, and I can recommend them without reservation. They charge a little more than I am used to, but the results make it worth it. Note that there was a one time charge for initial clean-up and they do require a deposit, but the terms are reasonable and I am very satisfied with the service. You DO get what you pay for and I got a great outcome.

Excellent service, consistent punctuality and flexible scheduling! JR's Lawn Service has really been the BEST lawn service I have ever used. I own a large lot (1.5 acres) and it was a little tricky to find a service in my area that would suit my needs. I have been using JR's for several years and have needed to adjust my schedule several times due to personal circumstances and they have always been great to accommodate my needs. I have also used them several times to mulch/trim my flowerbeds and each time they have done an excellent job at a fair price. I would highly recommend JR's Lawn Service to anyone looking for a dependable company that is fair, consistent and always does a great job! Thanks JR -

They did a good job of mowing and weed eating, however they failed to trim the bushes or remove the weeks as we paid extra for. Due to a rainy season, there were several weeks that they did not come, however they charged as though they had come. I had to dispute the bill several times and kept careful records of when they failed to show, yet charged anyway.

"This customers review is outdated. Last services performed at this home is over 4 months ago (11-04-15). We had this customer since 2008. When we serviced this customer, we agreed to service lawn weekly and bed cleaning monthly. Shrub trimming was to be done when customer requested service. Customer never notified us for shrub trimming service even though an estimate was given. One charge was removed because it rained and not serviced. Customer emailed us on 11-30-2015, Please cancel our lawn service . We now have Christmas decorations up in the yards with wires running everywhere and also, the grass has stopped growing. We will contact you in the spring when we need service to resume. Thanks, [Member Name Removed] Customer never contacted us again and we continue to service his neighborhood."

"The reason Robert went back and not the other guys is because this is his name and company that we are trying to uphold. He wants all his customers to know that he does care and will go out and do what he needs to to make sure his customers are happy. This survey was done before we finished but we will take the criticism and learn from it. We have put in new policies to insure that the customers are satisfied. We now make sure that the customer is home to do any special requests. We also have our guys do a walk thru after the job is completed and customer has to signed off on the work completed. I wish this was the case with this customer but we do know that she was satisfied and that is all that matters."

"When we give an estimate we usually put a day of the week on it generally that is when we service that area. We will call you if that day changes. Generally we don't call if we've already given a day that we will be out. We do have a full time Office Manager and we are pretty good about calling customers back when we miss a call. I know that once we got out there to this house the customer was satisfied. She even apologized for writing these surveys. If we do something wrong we always try to satisfy the customer we never want to leave a customer with a yard they don't like. Give us the opportunity to do it correctly and we will. It is so discouraging to have this listed and tied to our company because she was satisfied."

I needed to remove some foliage close to the house in order to comply with a termite inspection report. They came out on the day agreed and removed the hibiscus I had asked for and trimmed the foliage. Unfortunately they had not understood that all foliage had to be at least 8in away from the walls of the house so some trimming was not done as I had asked. When I alerted them to this they had it corrected right away.

The yard looked very nicely mowed, edged and trimmed, and all weeds were removed from the flower bed. When I called I was told they would be available that Fri (two days) and that is when they did the job.
I did ask specifically about taking down the weeds behind the garage. This request was not given the crew and they did not do the work. But when I called their office to discuss, I found the lady I spoke with to be very professional and courteous. Their crew came out the next day and finished the job.
This was the first time we scheduled someone else to do our yardwork, and it was just a pleasure to arrive home that afternoon to see all that work done.
I do plan to have this company come back to edge and trim at the very least. We have a large yard, 1-1/2 acres, and sometimes mowing is all we can get around to doing.

First mow was on schedule. Looked good. They were able to avoid damaging my electric fence (which I've had problems with in the past, as well as trimming around my Satsuma tree without damaging the fruit on it. So far so good. We'll see how it goes.

They are quick, fair, and clean up will. They leave the property looking very nice. They have plenty of people to do the two acres quickly. They are courteous. If anything happens or they break something they will tell you about it immediately. They don't try to hide anything. They are very honest.

Everything was wonderful! They arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased. The flowers and plants are growing again! The rock around the pool equipment looks nice and is so much easier to maintain. We will use them again!

Every thing about this company is first class. For starters, they answer the phone and every email promptly, and they do what they say they will do. I called JR's and made an appointment to come out to give an estimate. And they showed up on time! We walked the project together, and put together a comprehensive wish list of what we wanted. I had a budget number in mind, but never told him what that was. He provided a very detailed estimate which made it easy for me to decide what to have done, and what I might be able to do myself. A few of the items I thought were a little on the high side, but I didn't have anything to base that on except my own opinions. So I decided to get a few more bids, most were higher some were lower, but I chose JR's because he lives locally and wants his customers to be happy. And he and his crew did an absolutley wonderful job and we have since asked them to take over our lawn service. They come on Weds and do a very nice job of keeping debris out of the pool. And I love that they take all the trimmings with them! No more nasty letters from the HOA about having bags on the curb all weekend. I could never get my old service to consistenly take them.

I called last week and told him that I wanted a quote to trim two huge Crepe Myrtle tree's that I have that were taller than my home. We also needed the back tree trimmed as it was hanging low and hanging over our neighbors yard. He came out and left a quote on my front door while I was at work. I called him back and I was able to pay over the phone. I was concerned because he was going to do all the work and no one was going to be home. My husand was worried that they might be too short but they knew exactly what they were doing and he did a perfect job. Everything looks amazing. I would highly recommend them. My yard looks different!

I have been using JR's Lawn Service for over 6 months now and it has been a pleasure working with Robert and his crew. We moved into our new home and needed a quote for an oversized lot 1.5 acres. JR's came out and quoted a fair price and we began service the next week. Recently - after getting acquainted with the property, I called back to alter the original contract to make it to allow for me to do some mowing , etc... with JR's doing other services on a scheduled basis. I called and set up an appointment, they came by when scheduled and left a written estimate at the front door. When I called to set up for work on a Monday they were available on Friday. I paid via credit card over the phone which made it super convenient for me. When I got home Friday the trees looked amazing and they took all debris and limbs with them. I am very pleased and will consider using them for upcoming landscaping work that's needed.

They gave me a window of arrival from 8:30am - 10:30 and showed up at 10:45am and they were done within 2 hours - clean up and all. Jesse was the crew head and he was polite, professional and got his crew to work immediately. I pointed and he trimmed while another young man was up in the tree trimming watersprouts with a machete which made me cringe at first until I saw what a good job he was doing and not damaging the tree at all. All in all, a very positive experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I thought the price for the job done was very reasonable considering the great clean up that they did. The tree looks WAY different than it used to, but I think it looks GREAT! THANK YOU AGAIN, JR's LAWN SERVICE for a great job!
