Have not yet gotten the work done - so I'll review that later.

Mike, the salesman at Home Depot said I would get an upgrade on the beveling of the counter tops if I had 25+ linear feet TOTAL. I explained that I wanted 2 counter tops - each one was approx. 14 linear feet, he said that was fine. I also informed him that the counter tops would be different from each other (he was with me when I picked them out) and he said that was fine also, that I would get the free upgrade. When the actual crew arrived to measure, they said "no", I would not get the free upgrade as the counter tops had to be of the same material.

I also asked Mike if the crew removes the old counter top, he said they did, what he did not tell me was that there was an extra charge - of $378.00, over the price he quoted me. So obviously, I will now remove the countertops myself.

I use Home Depot all the time for mulch, tools, plants, paint etc. I've bought a generator there, a lawn mower, master bedroom carpet. I am very disappointed in being lied to about to about the beveling and allowed to believe they remove countertops for the price originally quoted.

Home Depot itself was wonderful in terms of packing and everything. But one contractor that they use for the sand stone was terrible. They had to redo it twice because they made a mistake in the size of the hole for the sink that they cut. They didn't have a template so they had to take it back and I had to wait for the new one. It was not the mistake of the Home Depot, but the contractor they use to cut the stone was not good.

They were very professional and the experience was fine, but the price was too high. I would consider using them in the future if the need arose.

There were two parts to this. There was interaction with a scheduler. She works with a national installation company. She was extremely unpleasant to deal with; she was pushy and unpleasant when I asked her questions. The people who came out were extremely professional. When a mistake occurred, they were extremely apologetic and helpful. If I hadn't been busy, I would have written to the scheduler's boss to explain how unpleasant it was and how I had to be more insistent and forceful with her than with anyone else in order to get things done. The Home Depot people were actually great.

I recently purchased materials from Home Depot and they provided the installation contractors. The work was great and the price for the material was very reasonable. Home Depot stands behind their material and labor. We had no reason to call them back to fix up anything. I didn t like that everything had to be paid up front, as it left us at their mercy in regards to the time frame. Things never got started on time and it took a little too long to complete the work.

Home Depot responded to my call quickly, followed up with an estimate for new carpet installation. Their prices were very reasonable and they showed me different samples and grades of carpet and explained the stain resistors and their warranties. The installation was scheduled as soon as the carpet was available, and the installers showed up on time. They were careful tearing out the old carpet, so the baseboard wouldn't get scratched, and they moved furniture as they installed the carpet. After they finished, they put all the furniture back in place. They cleaned up all the remnants and any other loose debris and loaded the old carpet and remnants in their truck. They did an excellent job and left the house in great shape.

Their prices were quite reasonable and they were able to explain the warranties and the shatter proof glass. The installation was scheduled promptly and the installer showed up on time. He removed the old door and took it outside before installing the new French door. He was very careful as he installed the French door and cleaned up all the mess. He did an excellent job and left the room in immaculate condition.

Home Depot did an excellent job on our door. We enjoyed the workers. They showed up on time and it only took a couple of hours to get our door in place. The door, screen door, and framework all look great. They cleaned up their mess when they were finished. The price was great. We are completely satisfied.

Home Depot sends a service person to the house to complete the measurements for the square footage of the rooms. They scheduled an appointment, which they kept. The quality of the carpet was what we wanted and we were very pleased with the installation.

Home Depot did a great job and used high quality tile. It only took them a few hours spread over two days. The grouting lines were even and they've stayed clean. They did a good job on the corners and tile cuts. We wouldn't change anything about the work they did and the workers were very nice.
