I contacted two different professionals via Homeadvisor to get an inspection for the house I am about to purchase. Chris with Happy Homes inspection called me about two minutes after I filled out a request for a quote on Homeadvisor. For my 2292 SF home he quoted me $350 and said he could come out the next day. He was on time and very professional. I tried to stay out of his way while he did his inspections but asked him a few questions that I had about the home as he did his inspection which he clearly answered for me. After he was done he asked if we had any other questions or concerns. He then went through the photos with me and my fiancée and gave me advice on things to fix and how I could fix them if I wanted to. The price was well worth the quality! Do not be afraid by how inexpensive his services are! You can't find this great quality for the price anywhere else! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thanks, Chris!
