Mr Gray was awesome. He called the night before to confirm the time for the next day, and even was willing to adjust by an hour since our schedule had changed. He promptly arrived exactly at the appointed time and went straight to work. He communicated everything he was doing and what he found. Additionally he has a neat piece of equipment for troubleshooting which, once setup, sends multiple data to an app on his phone. This app clearly shows the return and supply air temps and goes into detail about subcooling and superheating; things I knew nothing about and he was happy to explain. Mr Gray was clearly knew his craft, was very efficient, and a pleasure to talk with. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future!
