Generator Industries was very easy to work with and they did a great turnkey job. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended Generator Industries to others.

The service was not as promised. They failed to give timely notification of when install will happen. It take longer what they promised, they have a problem with the installation. They overcharged me. And i free paid 990 dollars for a maintenance contract with two visits per year and I didn't receive any of the services and they refuse to give me a refund. If you look this company on google, there's too many bad reviews.

Excellent experience with Generator Industries maintenance group today! They installed my Generac back in 2020 and have been maintaining it since. Today they helped get my upstairs A/C unit back online when the Generac delay unit looked to have faulted out. Isidro quickly identified the issue, which wasn’t Generac equipment and advised me on the fix. Very helpful! I was able to quickly get the A/C unit back online. That’s service above and beyond! Thanks guys!

The service tech was very knowledgable and had the required parts to fix it on his van. He was thorough, professional and left the machine and his work area clean and in order. Other than his van breaking down on his way to my house, which he repaired himself on the side of the road, the service call was flawless. I highly recommend this company and I will be starting a bi-annual service contract with them.

Crew showed up on schedule. Work took 3 days to complete - as expected. Crew cleaned up each day's mess. Minor Glitch: Electrician cut AT and T Uverse cable while trenching but reimbursed me for repair.

Company was very responsive to my inquiry regarding the purchase of a natural gas generator. They came out and did a site evaluation and soon after sent me an estimate. They were very patient in explaining the estimate and process to me. Three crews came: to set the generator, plumbing and electricians. They were all very professional and pleasant. When the installation was complete, I was given a full hands on explanation. It was a good experience. These generators are not cheap, but they will put your mind at ease.
