I asked them to come today to tighten one area and even though it was passed the one year warranty, they happily came out. Everything looks great. Alfatha was always very nice and personable. They did not charge us even though they could since it was out of warranty.

Adam (owner) was always very professional and courteous. His brother Sam and crew took great pride in installing our laminate flooring and were always on time and very efficient. Adam was awsome to work with and the installers were very patient while i had a house full of kids. They were clean and tidy and the floor looks great. They also moved all the heavy furniture out of the way and put it back when they were done.

The only negative that I can give is that the crew gave me an arrival time of 9am to 11am. They arrived at noon. Floors were installed by the end of the day. Floors came out great and the crew did not make any mistakes that I could see. Crew cleaned up and left no mess.

Since the first day we went to the store and met with Adam, he was an amazing salesmen and he was so helpful on explaining every product. He made it so easy on us to pick out the products and we chose the best selection. Installers came on time and finisherd on time. The did an excellent job.
