+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I NEVER STEPPED INTO THE OFFICE. THE LOAN OFFICER CAME TO ME AND WAS VERY DILIGENT ABOUT GETTING ME THE BEST DEAL. THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS ALONG THE WAY, BUT NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO FIRST CHOICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SMALL COMPANY TO ANYONE AND HAVE. THEY DO A GREAT JOB WITHOUT CHARGING ALOT FOR CLOSING.
