FERNANDEZ & SONS CARPET CLEANERS

I contacted Mr. Fernandez and arranged to have the carpet steam cleaned in my home and the carpet restretched in the hall. We scheduled it for 9:00 am, on a week day. Close to 10:00 am, Mr. Fernandez had not arrived, so I called him. I asked if he was coming to clean my carpet. He said it was raining where he was, and didn't think it was a good day to clean carpet. I told him it was not raining at my residence, but he wanted to reschedule, so I did. About forty-five minutes later on that same day, he called and said he would come on out and clean the carpet, after all. When he arrived with his young grandson, they got right to work cleaning the carpet. They were in and out in not time, at all. He did not stretch the hall carpet, because he said, he forgot his tools. He was to call and set up a time he could return, but he never did. Mr. Fernandez was friendly and courteous on the phone and on the job, but I will look for someone else to clean my carpet in the future.

This is a family owned business, and they tend to have more pride in doing a good job. They come over at the drop of a hat, if we need the carpets cleaned at the last minute for a party. Their behavior is marvelous. They move all the furniture with no extra charge, and go after stains and main traffic areas with effort. All our friends use the Fernandez cleaners for good reason.
