I spoke with John on 1/18/2023 & after explaining the issue with my roof, he said that he would call me when he got back to the office. John never called me. This company is irresponsible and waste of time.

It was a truly an honor to have John and his team work with my father and mother (I'm their son Ryan wiring this). At the time of this needed replacement my father was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and was undergoing treatment. Money had been absorbed of course by the hospital bills. John came and sat with my parents discussed what could be done (he knows my folks) he prayed with and encouraged them both. John and his brothers connected to serve my family service beyond what could be imagine. They source materials they needed, connected with my parents on a price that allowed them to afford the roof, and delivered the service on time and in excellence! John truly honored my parents and secured their home in a time of great need. The Boyce family loves and appreciates you! My mommy song with yours is smiling down upon you and your team. I needed a new roof so I requested quotes from four different companies including Faith Brothers. I decided to go with Faith Brothers because they were honest, extremely responsive and very professional. Joey explained all my options and was really easy ro work with. Their quote was fair and they used better quality materials than the others. His crew showed up on time, if not a little early and finished the job ahead of schedule I was also pleased to see they thoroughly cleaned up the mess after. I could not have been happier
