Started out fine with contract. As additional work was added, no contract. Suddenly missing help, arriving late with reasonable excuses. Final job tiling was paid by $275 check. He brought tile & paste, deposited in guest room and and never came back. I am out over $2,500, my daughter in-law saw him at his home, got promises and still no show in over 3 weeks also, gutters broke apart. Very unhappy customer!
