Watch out if you are dealing with Todd or his wife, who goes as Xiaojie. They talked into this full house plumbing replacement project at a reasonable price first, then keeping asking for more through out. Then they ask for more money for works not finished. Once we insist to complete promised work first then payment, they were not happy, called me names and left. They charge top dollar for minimum work to get by. Now, we have to hire others to finish the work. But that is still way cheaper than they asked. Keep away from them.

Not, bad grade. The first persons who came here for the water heater with a smaller stuff and was contrary with the second who asked me if I liked the smaller or the wide one, I was not happy about them. They did not know that the wide one for my house can be found. I was having a problem with the wide and they could not call me back for two weeks. I am not more than happy with them. when I tried to call them back, they told me that they have a big contract because they have so many things to do that they cannot be able to come for me. If they told me that they do not need to work with residential anymore, I could go find somebody else. I do not think they are very professional. Overall experience, I will give them a D. The second group was awesome. The guy who was working in the bathroom was great. I was taking my afternoon off to come for them. I am not going to use them again in the future...

The worker who came out from "CONNECTIONS" a plumbing company was very nice, but he's also expensive and I'm not sure I trust him. He's terribly, terribly expensive. But you get what you pay for. I just can't afford him. His quality of work is excellent and he's responsive. I would use him again, if I could afford him.

Answered the phone on the first ring. Showed up when promised and installed a new disposal in about 15 minutes. The quality of the disposal was average and cost of it was $125 and the rest labor for a total cost of $300. Seemed a little heavy on the price of the labor.

Our old kitchen faucet was leaking and we didn't have the tools to remove it our self. Called and talked to Todd. He was very helpful over the phone and told us good brands of faucets to buy to replace it. He was about 30 minutes late to the appointment but he did call and let us know he was running behind. He was very professional and helpful.

Saturday evening we noticed a leak just outside the foundation of the house.  We looked through Angie's list for highly rated plumbers near our home.   After scrolling through several "A" rated plumbing companies, we were beginning to doubt we could find someone that could come out on a weekend evening.  We finally reached Todd, the owner of "Connections" and he agreed to come check it out immediately.   He arrived in a very short time as promised, discovered the issue, assessed the extent of the leak and confirmed it could wait until Monday.  We were very impressed with his professionalism, ability to quickly troubleshoot the problem, and especially his willingness to drop everything to come by and make sure we didn't have a major issue that needed immediate attention - which he was prepared to address if necessary. 
We will be using Todd's company complete the repair on Monday.

Todd and his helper Brandon did a great job.  They were on time and didn't slow down the entire time they were there.  They didn't leave a mess and everything works great.  My in-law's house is nearly 40 years old and needs a lot of work.  Other plumbers had been out in the past and kept things working but never fixed the problems.  Todd knew exactly what needed to be done and now everything is working like it should.   I plan on having them come back out for some additional work.

My cousin lives next door to us. the water here is of poor quality. It was suggested we install a water purification system in to give us good clean water. Mr. Bloom showed up on time for the scheduled appointment, explained in detail the process of what he was doing. He even had a picture of the work he was doing for us. The job took close to 6 hrs. to complete. When finished,, the area where he worked was completely straightened up, he even closed off the hole in the wall in the garage and painted the surface. We received an invoice and all the brochures relating to the work completed. We've had the filter 3  weeks, and feel this was money well spent.

Todd Bloom and his wife did an outstanding job! The work -- which took place mostly in the attic -- was completed with extreme caution and effectiveness. All of our old leaky pipes were removed and replaced and a new water heater was installed ahead of schedule; the job was expected to take five days but only took four. Furthermore, Todd has made many service calls to our residence for small fixes free of charge; he is always willing to help and does not try to pinch you for every last penny. Great work from a great plumber.

The plumber showed up on schedule, was very clean with the work he preformed, He did a great job explaining what our problems were, the stoppages were very messy, which was kept contained with a drop cloth. Also gave an explanation as to why the disposal needed to be replaced. All 3 jobs were finished in a professioal manor and the bill was very exceptable.
