I used Chad's Carpet Care twice for two different houses: first on June 29 and because that was a good experience again on July 20 . The work went very well. They responded quickly to my request for service. Zack did both jobs. He is friendly, professional, and efficient. The pricing is good, too. They explained everything over the phone. I would definitely use them again and I have referred them to others.

We have 3 young kids and 2 dogs and the carpets look possibly better now than they ever have and the price was actually lower than he initially quoted! That never happens. Price was very reasonable and less than previous cleaners that were not nearly as thorough. He's a great guy and very honest. He didn't try to sell us on a bunch of upgrades, either. I would not hesitate to full heartedly recommend him to anyone!
