Communication was excellent and every phone call or email was responded to in a timely manner. The crew was punctual, professional and paid great attention to detail. I was very pleased with CertaPro Painters of Pearland. I had them paint the outside of my house and replaced rotten wood. They were timely and courteous. I thought they did a great job on my house. I would hire them again.

Everything was done to our satisfaction. Unlike so many home repair projects, everything went as promised and we were well informed throughout. Mark went into more detail than anyone else we talked to during the initial consult and pointed out a few things we hadn't thought of. He was cost-conscious though, and offered some cheaper alternatives as well. While they were not the cheapest bid, his thoroughness and their reputation led us to choose Certapro.

This was a great experience from the initial meeting with the salesperson to the actual execution of the job. The salesperson provided a detailed walk-through of my home prior to providing an estimate for interior painting of walls, baseboards, window sills and trim. This was a different experience for me. I'd gotten 3 other estimates where the company provided quotes based on the square footage of my home not the actual work to be done (and their estimates were all higher than CertaPro) . On the day of service, the salesperson and the team of painters showed up at the scheduled time. I was introduced to the team who would do the work and given the opportunity to ask questions if I had any. Work was done professionally and the painters made sure to clean their work area and put everything back in place. I would definitely user their services again.

The job was completed in just 2 days. The painter did an excellent job and adam hollingsworth made it a very easy experience. It was definitely money well spent.

They did an excellent job and we are very happy with both the quality and the price of the service performed. We got multiple quotes for our paint job, and they came in the lowest and were very professional and responsive during the process. They provided us with a detailed quote, whereas some of the other painters we got quotes from just looked around and gave a ballpark. Additionally, we had problems with responsiveness from other painters, but the CertaPro professionals were extremely responsive. They estimated 1-2 days for the project (we had gotten 3-4 day estimates from other painters) and were able to complete all of the work with two coats of paint in 1 day. They were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient while they were here in our home and we have no complaints. They also patched up a few areas of drywall. I would definitely recommend them and we will use them again for any other painting needs in the future!

Everything went great! Adam and his team did a very high quality job while we were out of town. They protected the furniture and other items in the house perfectly. It was a very good project.

All appointments were kept and were on time.  Vendor gave detailed and accurate description of work to be performed and did a thorough review with the painting crew and  the customer. 

Work was performed exactly as planning, on schedule and very carefully.  Example, neighbors car was covered as a precaution, even though most work was done by hand.

The entire experience was pleasant and the results were excellent.

I called Certa Pro after another painter canceled on me at the last minute.  They responded quickly and gave me a quote on the first visit.  They knew I needed  the job to start quickly and worked with me on that.  The entire team was great from the initial visit to the final day.  The job took 10 days.  The crew was very courteous.  They kept my home clean and picked up what they could every day.  The finished job is beautiful! 

We ran into a few bumps along the way with getting the work finished, we were not entirely pleased with the crew as they had to repaint multiple rooms and moved very slow towards the end of the project. We were, however, very satisfied with the follow-up from the owner. He came out and worked through the issues with us to ensure everything was finally completed up to our standards. If I hired them again I would definitely be asking for a different crew, though.

Only one of them spoke English but they were good. I am over the top for the cleaning, for normal people they would have been an 'A'. We would definitely use them again, we like them. We are happy with them. They did a great job and they had lot of crap to deal with. I had some question about some stuff that I was doing and they gave me advice. They showed up early and left early because they finished the job.

We were prepping our house for sale.  We needed the work to start and complete as soon as possible.  CertaPro showed up exactly when they said they would for the estimate and invested quality time explaining how they do business.  Good presentation.  We received three bids, CertaPro had a price that was 10% below the other bidders. 

The key contract and work approach that closed the deal:  1) they could start immediately, which we needed.  2) They estimated 4 work days to complete all needs, they finished in 3.5 work days (with time off for the 4th of July weekend as we agreed).  and 3) they accepted our signature as a contract to start, no 10% down payment. 

The deal was estimated and accepted on 30-June.  The work began on 02-July and completed on 08-July with 3 days off over the 4th of July weekend.

On day one all the contractors that would be working on the project were introduced.  Each day, one to three contractors arrived at 8AM as scheduled.  The number varied based on the type of work to be performed for each day.

We were pleased with the final results of all requested work.  Of special note, We had some warped wood and water damage around the rear door frame.  One spot had warped wood that was pulling away from the frame and the base of door frame had water damage.  The damage, while minor, was very visible for anyone entering through the rear door. We only requested a best effort on the repair, but the results were quite good.  The option would have been to replace the door frame.  We'll leave that as a project for the next owner.
