Carol Dellinger - Oak Reality

I am a roofing contractor who happened to be doing a project for a forclosed property that Fannie Mae owned, so that the property could be closed on. We started the project like any other roof we would do, everything was going fine, of course with Fannie Mae not actually being the home owner, they had requested that we cut some corners to save them some money. (Skip the permit and WPI-8 inspection) I did go ahead and pull the permit because it is the law, however agreed to skip the engineer inspection. The day of the project I receive a phone call from Carol, I had no idea who she was but quickly found out that she was the agent that was representing the buyer. She was not having it, the fact that Fannie Mae had ordered us not to have the property inspected and certified was not happening. In fact I was a little nervous, all I was doing was what my customer had directed us to do, however she cared so deeply about her client that she was NOT going to allow them to have a roof that was not certified. To keep a long story short, basically I was amazed at how she protected and cared about her clients. Ever since that day, I refer all my customers that maybe needed an agent to her. She really really impressed me, never have I seen an agent care that much about her clients, usually all they care about is getting the house closed on. Since that day I have sent her other clients and it is just amazing, if they are working or need help with something, she is all over it, helping in any way she can. She truely goes above and beyond her call of duty. I can promise this is one lady who really cares and puts her heart and sole into what she is doing, 100%. (just don't try to do anything sneeky to one of her clients, she is pretty scary then)
