I am very pleased with the service provided.  Mark and his crew were prompt, courteous and professional.  I did get two other bids - the reason I went with Mark was his honesty.  He did not try to sell me something I did not need. 

Mark was able to match on price but provided  superior screens than 2 other competitors in the area.  He was also able to design a screen for our covered 2 story entry area that the other 2 competitors were not able to work out.  Mark also honored the Angieslist discount.  He provided sealed wheeled storage containers for the screens suitable for storage in our walk in attic.  Mark also went the extra distance and supplied a builders discount and transported a 24 foot extension ladder to our home where we could deploy the screens if required.  However, Mark and his crew also offer to deploy prior to a storm for a reasonable fee.
 We had one hiccup where we had an electrical wire loop over next to a window where it was not suppose to be (the original builders mistake).  One of drillings for the anchors on that window caught the wire and shorted out the circuit.  Mark called out an electrician that safely repaired the loop and moved to a position away from the window to meet code.  Electricity was safely restored to the circuit in a couple of hours.  The hole in our sheet rock was repaired and painted by the next morning.  You cannot tell there was ever a hole in the spot.
We have all stainless steel anchors, frames and hole covers for the screens.  We feel very secure now in protecting our home should a hurricane strike the Galveston/Houston area while we live here.

I went through three companies and estimates before I decided on Brazoria construction. They gave the lowest quotes and was very punctual. Mark explained the process and how long it takes to get it ordered from the manufacturer. He was also punctual with his and was very flexible in what time they want to come and install it.

They were the only company willing to come out and install them on third story windows. a lot of the townhouses in the Houston area have three stories and no one wants to climb up that high. They do not have the 45 ft. high ladders to climb up that high. So, companies will not even come out. Brazoria does this all the time and they install electric operated hurricane shutters, as well as hurricane screens. It was a very difficult as well as a very dangerous job. They did exactly what they said they would do and no one got hurt. They were very careful about our property and their own safety. I think that we would have paid more, just to get it done. We recommend them to everyone.

Mark and his crew did everything safely and professionally. We had used our own electrician (Universal Wiring) to ready the electrical connections in the house, but used Mark's subcontractor to do the actual electrical hookup. We were not pleased with price that that Wesco Systems charged, but the work was correctly done.
 
Brazoria Construction was used by the original builders in this group of townhomes to install hurricane fabric shield panels three years earlier before we bought the townhome.

Most of the work was completed in one day, through deteriorating weather conditions necessitated that work stop when the winds got too high, and be continued the next dry day.

Mark Juul is kind, thorough and professional in every way. He has told us that should a hurricane threaten our area that he will return and help us put up all of the hurricane fabric panels. That offer is so important, because such hurricane preparation help is hard to find and when found, one is on a list and may or may not get the services before the storm strikes. We have confidence in Mark that he will be there to do the work.
